Expanded audio engine

FFmpeg WASM @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10, FFmpeg n5.1.4 and linked codec libraries. GPL-2.0-or-later with third-party licenses in the corresponding source packages. The unmodified engine is separately served at /codecs/media/ffmpeg-core.js with its WebAssembly binary in parts described by /codecs/media/manifest.json.
