1. Selected files and local processing
The tools read files you choose or drop into the page to convert, compress, resize, combine, extract pages from or trim them inside your browser. Filenames, previews and results are processed locally. We do not receive file copies through this workflow, maintain a server-side file archive, or use selected files to train AI models.
Working files and results are held in browser memory. Clearing files, refreshing or closing the page ends the tool’s access to that session. This is not a guarantee of forensic erasure from your device, browser recovery data or operating-system memory. Browser extensions, device software and cloud backups are outside the converter’s control.
2. Downloads and metadata
Downloads are created locally. Originals are not modified. Downloaded copies remain wherever your browser saves them until you remove them. We cannot retrieve, restore or delete files held only on your device. The image converter does not intentionally copy source EXIF, GPS, DPI or other source metadata, although encoders may add their own technical metadata. Conversion does not remove visible names, faces, text or other identifying details from an image. PDF merging and splitting may retain metadata or identifying information within copied pages and resources. They are not metadata-removal or redaction tools. Audio exports do not copy source tags, cover art or chapters, but spoken or other audible personal information remains. Audio tools do not request microphone access or record from it.
3. Website delivery and technical information
Loading pages and file-processing software requires network requests to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser/device information, referrers, errors and security logs to deliver and protect the website. These requests are separate from your locally processed files.
We use third-party hosting, content-delivery and security providers to operate this website. They may handle technical information for delivery, abuse prevention and service reliability under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Provider-managed logs and security records may follow separate retention schedules. Contact us for information about the providers used by this service.
4. Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, any name you provide and attachments you send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, handle rights requests and maintain necessary correspondence. Email is handled through Gmail and relevant email-delivery providers. The local-processing promise for the converter does not apply to files voluntarily attached to email.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, private photos or sensitive files. Start with the error message, file format, approximate dimensions and browser version. If a sample is needed, use a non-sensitive example you have permission to share. We do not add support correspondents to a marketing mailing list.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
Information we receive is used to operate and secure the service, answer requests, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, the applicable basis may be providing a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting it where those interests are not overridden by your rights, compliance with law, or consent when required. Visiting this policy is not consent to optional advertising cookies.
7. Planned Google AdSense advertising
AdSense is planned but is not currently serving ads here. If enabled, Google and participating advertising providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertisements. Personalized advertising may use information about visits to this and other websites. The image tools will not send selected image files to advertisers.
Before advertising starts, we will identify the providers and practices in use and implement the consent and privacy choices required for the relevant visitors. Where consent is required, optional advertising storage and personalization will remain off until the relevant choice is made. This policy itself is not a consent-management mechanism.
See Google advertising technologies and My Ad Center for information and available Google account controls. Non-personalized advertising does not necessarily eliminate all cookies or technical data processing.
8. Disclosure and international processing
We do not sell selected images, provide a public image gallery, or disclose image contents through the converter. Information we actually receive, such as support correspondence, may be handled by providers assisting with hosting, security and email, or disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and investigate abuse. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws can differ. Appropriate safeguards must apply where legally required. We do not promise that website or email data remains in a particular country.
9. Retention and security
Support information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant records, address disputes or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the issue and applicable requirements. Provider-managed logs, email backups and security records may follow their own schedules. There is no server-side retention period for processed files because the tools do not upload them.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information handled, but no website, device, email service or transmission method is completely secure. Use a trusted device and browser and keep backups. This statement does not waive our legal obligations to protect personal information.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
You can close the page to stop local processing, clear selected files, manage browser storage and choose what to send to support. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawful before it.
Email apps.jabbari@gmail.com with the subject “ConvitAll privacy request.” We may request proportionate verification information and will respond as required by applicable law. We cannot provide or erase files held only on your device. Requests about information controlled independently by a hosting or email provider may also need to go to that provider.
11. Children
The service is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can assess and address it as required by law. A higher age or parental-authorization requirement under applicable law also applies.
12. External links, updates and contact
External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when features, providers or requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will receive any notice or consent required by law; updates do not retroactively authorize unrelated uses of information.
