1. Eligibility and scope
You must be able to use the service lawfully and have a parent’s, guardian’s or organization’s authorization where required. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. The tools are for ordinary image, PDF and audio tasks. They are not a backup service, archival service, professional print-proofing system, or source of legal, medical or other professional advice.
2. Your files, ownership and permissions
You retain rights in your originals and any rights you lawfully hold in the results. We do not claim ownership of your files. Conversion does not grant a license to another person’s content or establish that it is free to use. You are responsible for the permissions needed to process and use each file, including copyright, privacy and other relevant rights.
The tools process files locally and do not publish them for other visitors. If you send material to support, you authorize its use only as reasonably needed to address your request and meet related legal obligations. Do not send material you lack permission to share.
3. Backups and output verification
You are responsible for keeping originals and independent backups, choosing settings, checking downloaded files and deciding whether results suit your purpose. Do not delete an original solely because the tool reports completion. Check appearance, dimensions, size, format and compatibility in the application where the result will be used.
Conversion may alter quality, color, transparency, detail, dimensions and metadata. Animation becomes a still image; TIFF conversion uses one selected page. Source EXIF, GPS, DPI, color profiles and HDR information are not preserved as a complete archival record. Outputs may be larger than their originals, and compression may miss a requested size. Visible personal information may remain even when source metadata is omitted. PDF operations may lose bookmarks, attachments, signatures, links, annotations or document metadata. They do not provide redaction, metadata removal or archival guarantees. Password-protected PDFs and PDFs with interactive form or signature fields are not supported. Audio exports may change quality, sample rate and precision, omit tags or artwork, and introduce encoding delay or padding. Audio codec compatibility varies by browser. Keep your original recordings and listen to exported files before use.
4. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with others, impersonate people, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not use automated requests or other methods that disrupt, overload or materially degrade the service. Normal batch-tool use and legitimate search-engine indexing are permitted.
We may restrict access or take proportionate protective action to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. These terms do not authorize us to access or erase originals on your device.
5. Availability, limits and changes
Features, supported formats and limits may change. We may interrupt, modify or discontinue the service for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons. We do not promise continuous availability, a fixed uptime, a particular speed, support for every file variant or compatibility with every browser and device.
Displayed limits are safeguards, not a guarantee that every admitted file will work. Processing may exceed device memory or time limits. Closing or refreshing the page may discard queued work and undownloaded results. We cannot recover local files never sent to us. Email support has no guaranteed response or resolution time.
6. Third-party services, software and advertising
The website uses third-party infrastructure and software. Open-source components remain subject to their licenses, identified in the software notices; these terms do not remove rights those licenses grant. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Advertising is currently disabled. If ads are introduced, their appearance will not be an endorsement or guarantee of an advertiser’s claims, products or services. Transactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third parties’ independent actions, external content or services. This does not exclude responsibility the law places on us.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConvitAll and its tools, information and results are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality and non-infringement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation, absence of harmful components, correction of every defect, or suitability for professional or commercial use. We do not guarantee a particular output size, preservation of all source features, acceptance by another website or achievement of a desired result. Instructions, examples and support messages do not create additional warranties unless expressly agreed in writing. Mandatory warranties and remedies remain where the law requires them.
8. Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConvitAll’s operator and people acting on the operator’s behalf are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service. This includes loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or files, and substitute-service costs, whether a claim is based on contract, negligence or another legal theory, even if the possibility was known.
To the extent legally permitted, we also exclude responsibility for file corruption, failed conversions, quality or metadata loss, missed size targets, device or browser limitations, interrupted downloads, third-party outages and consequences of using unchecked results. You use the tools at your own risk, subject always to the following protections.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other statutory rights remain unaffected. If a limitation is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the extent allowed by law. These terms do not claim that the operator has no legal responsibilities.
9. Claims caused by unlawful misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs we incur because of your unlawful misuse or infringement of another person’s rights, where attributable to your conduct. This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own wrongdoing or liabilities that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.
10. Website content and branding
Original website content, design and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the tools for their intended purpose, share links and exercise rights permitted by law. Do not impersonate ConvitAll, misrepresent an affiliation, or reproduce protected content beyond the permission you hold. This does not affect your rights in images you process.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local files, website requests, support messages and privacy choices. These disclaimers do not waive duties under applicable privacy law. Email attachments do not receive the same local-only treatment as files processed by the converter.
12. Revisions, separation and non-waiver
We may revise these terms for service or legal changes and will update the date. Material changes will receive any notice or agreement required by law and do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce a provision once does not by itself waive later enforcement.
